Director Park Bojung(Bojung Park), one of the 14 lead instructors who took the stage at the UN International Day of Yoga Daejeon event on June 20, is launching a singing bowl certification course this August. From the Basic Completion Course (80,000 KRW) to the Level 2 Singing Bowl Meditation Yoga Instructor Certification (600,000 KRW), this is a 4-week intensive curriculum. The course will be held at Park Bojung Daom Pilates Yoga, located near Hannam University in Daedeok-gu, Daejeon, with both offline and ZOOM sessions available.

The sound experienced by 200 people, now available for you to learn

On June 20, 2026, the UN International Day of Yoga Daejeon event, officially sponsored by the Embassy of India and the Indian Cultural Centre in Korea, was held at the Daejeon DCC Convention Center Grand Ballroom. All 200 seats were sold out early. It was a high-quality masterclass that explored the essence of yoga philosophy—breathing, relaxation, sound, and energy—over the course of 250 minutes. At the event, the singing bowl meditation session utilized the precise overtones and resonance of the singing bowls to naturally guide the brainwaves of the 200 participants into Alpha and Theta states, leading them into a deep state of healing where the ego¡¯s thoughts dissolve. Director Park Bojung(Bojung Park) was one of the 14 lead instructors, representing the Daejeon/Chungcheong region. That experience and expertise now continue into the August certification course.

What makes this Daejeon Singing Bowl Meditation Certification different?

Interest in singing bowl meditation is rapidly increasing in Daejeon. However, there is a fundamental difference between a course that merely lets you experience sound and a professional leadership training system that understands brain science and nervous system responses to design and teach classes. Park Bojung Daom Pilates Yoga focuses on cultivating professional instructors centered on practical application rather than just healing experiences. As an accredited training center of the Singing Bowl Healing Meditation Institute (SBTMI) under the Korea Healing Yoga Association (KTYA), the course operates with an integrated educational structure covering singing bowl meditation, brain science, aromatherapy, yoga, pilates, and therapy wall yoga correction.
