지난 11월 30일, 싱잉볼치유명상연구소(Singing Bowl Healing Meditation Institute, SBHMI) 주관으로 대전에서 열린 2025 교육관장 연수위원회에 전국 39개 공인 교육관 중 28개 교육관장이 참석하여, 2026년부터 도입될 ‘싱잉볼요가명상지도자 자격·검정 체계’의 공식 표준안을 확정했습니다.
이번 회의는 명상 지도자 양성과 교육기관 운영의 전국 단위 기준 수립이라는 의미 있는 진전으로, 협회는 이를 적극 지지하고 있습니다.
이 회의에는 KTYA 아쉬탕가요가 아카데미 회장 김양희 원장이 참석했습니다.
김양희 원장은 부산 동래·온천동에서 20년 넘게 아쉬탕가 요가를 지도해왔으며,
Authorization Level 2(2019-A/2-003) 아쉬탕가 공인 지도자,
국제통합테라피학회(IAIT) 기능회복 연구위원(IAITG-24)로 활동하고 있습니다.
그는 요가를 신체 수행에 머무르지 않고 치유·자율신경·명상·소리테라피와 통합하는 방향을 꾸준히 연구해 왔으며,
협회의 학술/교육 철학을 현장에 직조해온 대표 지도자 중 한 명입니다.

SBHMI Educational Director Conference Report — Establishing a Standard for Integrative Singing Bowl Meditation Education
Korea Therapy Yoga Association (KTYA │ Registration No. 2015-005868)
On November 30, the Singing Bowl Healing Meditation Institute (SBHMI) held the 2025 Educational Director Conference in Daejeon, Korea, where 28 out of 39 certified centers gathered to finalize the 2026 Singing Bowl Yoga Meditation Instructor Qualification and Evaluation System. This marks a meaningful step toward national standardization in meditation and integrative healing education.
Yanghee Kim, Director of Kim Yanghee Ashtanga Yoga, participated representing KTYA.
She has over 20 years of teaching experience in Busan and currently serves as:
• Chair of KTYA Ashtanga Yoga Academy
• Authorization Level 2 Ashtanga Certified Teacher (2019-A/2-003)
• IAIT Functional Recovery Research Committee Member (IAITG-24)
Her research and publications highlight the integration of Ashtanga yoga with meditation, nervous system regulation, and sound-based healing.
