Bucheon Jin Yoga & Pilates (Bucheon Jin Yoga&Pilates) in Jung-dong, Bucheon, will open the KTYA RYTK400 Yoga Teacher Certification program on January 24, 2026. Located at 605, Jeil Plaza, 243 Gilju-ro, Jung-dong, the center is an official Korea Therapy Yoga Association (KTYA) training studio led by Director Nam Eun Jin, who serves as the RYTK400 Curriculum Chair (Education Committee Head) and Metropolitan Vice President within KTYA. With 15 years of studio leadership, she is known for developing teachers who can translate yoga into practical, safe, and teachable class structures—especially for breathwork and meditation.

RYTK400 is designed for RYTK300 (or equivalent) certified instructors and active yoga teachers who want to move beyond asana-only instruction and confidently deliver beginner-level yoga meditation classes. As demand rises for stress recovery, emotional down-regulation, and better sleep outcomes, teachers are increasingly expected to guide students into calm, not just into poses. Bucheon Jin positions RYTK400 as a ¡°class-ready¡± pathway: training does not end at knowledge, but results in repeatable class recipes that can be applied immediately in real studios.

The program integrates 100 hours total: 42 hours of self-practice, 28 hours of in-studio training, and 30 hours of group online instruction. Offline sessions run every Tuesday 11:00–15:00, with online group training every Saturday 10:00–17:00. Tuition is KRW 2,000,000 (textbooks included), with a 10% early-bird discount available until January 17 and a 3-installment option. Certification issuance fee is KRW 300,000, paid after passing the qualification exam. Enrollment is limited to 10 participants, with registration available through the center¡¯s blog.

Bucheon Jin¡¯s localized training highlights four pillars: Shatkarma (cleansing foundations), bandha & asana for prana expansion, pranayama, and pratyahara (sensory withdrawal) as a teachable skill. Shatkarma includes 1:1 guidance for Trataka and Kunjal and extends into daily-life application through structured fasting practice and personal training assignments. Bandha–asana work focuses on thoracic engagement and progressive pathways toward deeper postures, emphasizing how ¡°inner channels¡± affect breath depth and steadiness. Pranayama is taught as an internal skill, not a mechanical technique—quiet kumbhaka and bhramari vibration are used to rebuild calm, stable breathing. Pratyahara training is strongly practice-based, featuring 6 hours of aroma and singing bowl specialization plus three late-night 20-minute Essential Yoga Nidra sessions, enabling teachers to design meditation classes that students can actually sustain.

The studio¡¯s specialization includes life-stage programs for menopausal women and adolescents, family package formats for mothers and children, Saturday morning singing bowl and gong sound-bath meditation, and a signature ¡°nervous-system virtuous cycle yoga¡± approach that helps beginners progress quickly while staying regulated. Graduates are expected to leave with the capacity to lead Nidra-centered foundation meditation classes and to use singing bowls and aromatherapy as stand-alone or integrated tools to elevate the quality of recovery-focused sessions.
