On Saturday, January 17, 2026, the Yoga Flow Festival took place at the KT Training Center in Daejeon. The day opened with an energizing Ashtanga Yoga, then gradually turned inward through aroma meditation and breathwork, finally settling into meditation (Dharana–Dhyana). It felt like one long vinyasa—movement leading the breath, and breath leading the mind.

I supported the Yoga Nidra session with a clear intention: helping participants receive comfort in the body. Nidra is not merely ¡°lying down to rest¡±—it¡¯s a subtle practice where the nervous system resets in the space between waking and sleep. Before Nidra began, I gently adjusted common tension areas—shoulders, pelvis, and lower back—so the body could sense safety and the breath could settle. Once alignment softened, breath deepened first, and faces softened next. It reminded me again: rest is not only a feeling, but a method.

One of the most meaningful parts was the brainwave measurement. Many people truly needed rest yet struggled to switch off; the most common factor was sleep deprivation. Sharing results with empathy—without judgment—brought immediate relief: ¡°I¡¯m not the only one.¡± My own results also improved compared to my previous test, confirming that practice and recovery leave measurable traces.

As Director of Lim Eunju Prana Yoga Studio (Busan) and Vice President of the Korean Therapy Yoga Association (KTYA), I also serve as Chair of the KTYA Vinyasa Yoga Academy (RVYT, Private Registration No. 2012-1027) and as an examiner for RYTK300+ / RYTK400. My work is grounded in both teaching and writing, including The Dance of Prana, The Path of Vinyasa (ISBN 979-11-94810-44-5) and 20 Years in a Yoga Room in Munhyeon-dong: People, Philosophy, and Records of Teaching (ISBN 979-11-94810-27-8), as well as my research paper ¡°A Scholarly Review on the Effects of Vinyasa Yoga on Prana.¡±

Awaken with Ashtanga, unwind with Nidra, return through meditation—bring this flow into daily life, and rest becomes a choice, not luck.
